Google Calendar and Google Meet: When enabled, FOREIGN WORKERS uses its authorized organizer's calendar for interviews. Employers and FOREIGN WORKERS do not grant access to their own Google accounts. The organizer's permission covers events on calendars they own; the application uses the connection for the interview events it creates.
The application sends Google the start and end times, the generic title "Private interview" and internal interview references. This connection does not send participant names, email addresses or documents, and does not send Google Calendar invitations. It reads the corresponding event details, organizer, creation status and Google Meet link. The platform stores related references, status and meeting link, displaying the link to authorized participants and its management team.
When an interview is cancelled or rescheduled, the application requests deletion of the old Google Calendar event. A failed deletion may require another attempt. Interview history remains in the platform. The organizer can revoke access through their Google account; this stops subsequent connection actions without automatically deleting previously stored information.
